The MCS Horizontal is a horizontal-opening boom barrier with a 90° swing motion — perfect for underground garages, warehouses or any location with limited vertical clearance. With a barrier arm length of up to 7 meters and a smooth opening time of approximately 5.5 seconds, this model offers a practical alternative to folding or articulated arms, without their length restrictions.

Unlike folding arms that max out around 4.5 meters, the MCS Horizontal (MCSHOR) supports barrier arms up to 7 meters — without compromising ceiling clearance. Built with a reinforced steel cabinet and reliable mechanical components, it ensures safe, smooth operation. The integrated microcontroller offers various control modes and connects easily with building management systems. Optional accessories include LED lighting, heating mat, and loop detectors.
