The Bam Bormet radarsensor is a reliable, non-intrusive alternative to traditional induction loops. Using 60 GHz radar technology, it detects approaching vehicles and pedestrians with high precision — even in rain, fog or snow. Ideal for locations where groundworks are undesirable or impractical, such as newly paved zones or temporary setups.

Smart, flexible and easy to install

Bam Bormet offers two radar sensor types, both designed for plug-and-play installation and intuitive setup via Bluetooth and mobile app. Depending on your project, you can define one or more virtual detection zones, filter by travel direction or differentiate between vehicles and pedestrians.

Thanks to a compact form factor and integrated angle adjustment, the sensor can be mounted close to the ground on a standard post. The radar ensures fast reaction times and stable operation in all conditions — making it ideal for high-traffic access points, warehouses, logistics hubs or barrier lanes.
